It's only a matter of time
Before the vinyl restarts spin
Before the story re-begin
Of that tale in a wintertime

It's only a matter of time
Before the castle's torn apart
By tide waves you make from the start
Your overjoyous naïve heart

It will be soon before long
You will be punished from that wrong
The ones you linger on yearlong
You're left with mountains high to climb

All you can do is wait and see
Desires washed down to the sea
And ended up a memory
Regretting, "Why can't I foresee?"

It's only a matter of time before it all starts to rewind...

The flower's gone, she's taciturn
You wish your nightmares won't return
But she's distancing, fading, to black
And you know she may won't come back
